required to enable us to set up your campaign.
- Electronic picture of the brochure, catalogue or information, preferably portrait and as JPEG although we can work with most other formats. Size attributes 126x175 portrait.

Set up into our systems is all inclusive of the agreed rate per enquiry, however, if we are required to create a suitable picture from scratch then this is chargeable (minimum charge £75 + VAT).
LEAD DELIVERY - several options available:
- Daily email with CSV file attached - this has set number of fields the order of which can be customised. Please advise of the email address/es for these files to be sent (FOC).
- Live Lead Email Notification (an email sent every time a consumer requests your information) setup charge of £95 + VAT. Please advise email address/es for the notifications to be sent.
- Live Feed string directly into your database - as this requires a bespoke setup there is a charge of £195 + VAT.
Lead Manipulation - if the format of CSV file and/or frequency of delivery is required to deviate outside of option 1 above then there is a processing charge of £10.00 + VAT per delivery.
Auto Response - Triggered Email where we are sending an auto response email back to the consumer, we need you to provide us with the HTML creative for us to setup in our systems, a bespoke 'From' address and your choice of 'Subject Line'. Set up charge is £95 + VAT and £0.05 for each of your emails returned back to the consumer. Email Production Advice.
Email Template Creative - to create a bespoke HTML email template for delivery either as a triggered email or for broadcast there is a minimum charge of £295 + VAT, this charge is subject to change depending on the brief and work involved.
Voucher Delivery - as a part of the triggered email above if available, please provide us with your relevant voucher details for delivery with the above email.

Triggered emails sent on clients behalf help to increase conversions to enquiries generated online - delivering an email communication into a consumers inbox when they are sitting at their computer with their inbox open is tricky, but with Response Link's triggered email system, they can deliver your email communication immediately after the consumer has re-confirmed their request for your information, increasing the likelihood that your message is going to be noticed.
Live lead email notification
A new facility to provide an instant email notification to clients that an enquiry has been generated is now available. This facility will deliver an email to a nominated email address the instant that an enquiry is re-confirmed, this will allow clients to follow up an enquiry instantly meaning that they can be in contact with prospective customers literally moments after their initial request for information.
